The HSPA-RI LMS provides hospital educators with a centralized platform where they can:
- Develop department-specific training content
• Assign courses and training modules to staff
• Track completion and competency validation
• Maintain documentation of continuing education activities
• Generate transcripts for staff education records
Each participating hospital can manage its own users, training programs, and reporting tools through the platform.
